Begin by reading your personal reading book.
Next we will review what you learned about Jonas' training as Receiver of Memory in chapters 9-11.
Take a new page. Write the date, the title Chapter 9-11 Review.
In the middle of the page write Jonas' Training. We will create a mindmap with 5 arms: Training Environment, Feelings, Job Description, The Receiver, Jonas Learns.
You have 30 minutes to find a minimum of 3 quotations for each title. Quotations can be words and phrases of no more than 8 words.
We will share our learning.

Let's review your responses to the United Nations Happiness report and share where we decided to live.
Choose 2 elements of a civilisation and take notes on what you can find out about your chosen country. Present the information in an engaging way. Do you still want to live there? You have 2 lessons to produce your work.

We will end by receiving back narratives from 2 weeks ago, reflect on your learning and go home ready to conference! Bring back Tuesday.

Read chapters 12,13+14 of The Giver and home conference for Tuesday. On Tuesday bring the document completed, printed and signed, as well as your narrative.
