- Define Globalisation and understand how it is impacting Vietnam and the movement of its population
- Discuss stories of individuals and apply how ‘globalisation’ and development has changed/impacted their lives (interviews with Vietnamese staff)
- Describe and discuss data related to the changing face of Vietnam.

Summarise each heading of this article. Include data.

-Background- Where is the person from? What do you know about their family history? Where are their family now?
-Life at ISHCMC- What elements of globalisation brought them to HCMC? Have their lived elsewhere? Why ISHCMC? How did they get this job? What other jobs have they done?
-Future- What do they hope to achieve in their lifetime? Do they plan to stay in HCMC?
